Treasured TeachersThe Treasured Teacher Directory is used by the region as a fund raiser. Contact information is listed for any needlework teacher that wants to teach in the Greater Pacific Region. It doesn't cost the teacher anything to be listed in the directory. One copy of this wonderful resource is supplied upon publication (October 2008 was the most recent version) to each chapter in GPR. Additional copies are available at a nominal cost plus shipping to any member of EGA. Make your program, workshop and class planning easier by using the current information and technique summaries of the TTD. Contact the , GPR Education Chair to order. I can get the rest of the contact information as I need it.Teacher Showcase June 6, 2009Don't miss the 2009 Teachers' Showcase; 1 p.m., June 6 after the Region Meeting. Half the teachers coming this year are new to the Showcase. Come meet the teachers, plan your entire chapter year, ask questions, check time lines, drool over the actual projects. Photos and descriptions of projects will be available to bring back to your Board. If your chapter cannot attend this Region Meeting and Showcase, you will receive a packet supplied by the teachers in your President's mailing. It is SO much better to do this in person; we hope you will join us on June 6th. Sara Zander
